Ordered shoes on June 14, 2020. Tracked them for 8 days to receive. Did not fit, returned tracking said delivered in 10 days. But CS said they were not entered into the system until 8-6-2020, Requested a different size to replace but again CS told me it took 7 more days to enter the reorder into the system and now it would be 2 weeks before they will ship. There are to many other suppliers that can do better. King Size will not see me again.

The thing to remember nowadays when buying clothing, shoes, etc. is that you must---must physically try them on to ensure a good fit.

You can only do this in a retail store. The benefits of a global economy and the fact that almost all of these things come from some foreign land with little-known quality controls. For years I wore a size 9 shoe regardless of style, etc.

but in the past few years I can now wear anywhere from a size 8 1/2 to an 11/12. Gotta try them on before you buy.

Keeps charging account

I placed an order with king-size and will never order again two days after I ordered my card was charged 1.99 then two days later it was charged another 2.14 when I called to ask why they said it was because I entered my email to join their newsletter which I don't even remember doing. When I told them it still doesn't make sense as to why I was charged two days and the guy on phone got very argumentative and nasty which is no problem with me I will never stop with them again.

We also got charged extra after making an order recently; first, a $1.99 charge, and then $14.95 a couple of weeks later, both with no notice or reason for the charges. It's a shame, too, as I liked the items we ordered, and likely would have ordered more in the future, but I don't feel like King Size can be trusted.

Followup to the above: we were just charged for another $14.95 without our approval...this time, after having disputed the last charge and supposedly removing our credit card information from their site, and on top of that, in our account information on their site, there was a receipt emailed to 'null', and no information about what was charged. At this rate, we're going to have to get our card cancelled or reissued just to keep this from happening again, it seems like. We won't be shopping here again, will warn off everyone we know, and pray that at some point that someone gets together a class action against them.

Returned merchandise in a timely manner but still got billed along with bogus late fees. Was transferred three times when I tried to resolve the matter telephonically.

Excessive shipping times and no back order notification

Ordered 4 items on 14 June. all in stock when ordered. No email generated to let customer know items shipped. Website for King Size shows none of my items shipped, today is 22 June. Called customer service and was informed that 2 shipped, 2 items on back order. Estimated delivery date is 30 June for shipped items. Disappointed with King Size. I dont plan on ordering ANYTHING from them any time soon from now on. If I could give zeroes I would.

Kingsize emailed me about 72 hours later. They gave update on a different order that I have no problem with. I again gave information on non received order, a tracking number that is invalid and another shipping date of June 5,2020. Ordered 4/21:20 Money taken from account 4/23/20 Website states order shipped 4/22:20 I asked for my money back, and told them I wanted back as quickly as they took it from my account

Got email today and they referred to a different order that I had no problems with. Order number I gave them was ignored. I have spent two hours on the phone and never got any response. I emailed them today and demanded my money be returned as quickly as they took it from my account In other words absolutely zero help from Kingsize Direct. Plan to contact TV station here that helps consumers.

King size personnel, I placed an order for three men's cord slack via your website. I received the order on Saturday, 12/21. When I opened the package, I was surprised to find only one cord (Dark Wheat) along with a burgundy shirt that is a 8xl. (I happen to wear n XL shirt) No blk cords or green cords. I called your CS department with the hope of addressing this problem. The CS rep instructed me to reorder the green cords, and he would take care of shipping the black cords. As I placed the order, paying with PayPal, his call got disconnected. I called again. This time a supervisor whose name I don't recall came up with a different solution and asked me to place the order for both the black and the green cord using PayPal. He then canceled the order I had just placed for the green pair. As I placed the order for the two slacks, again the call got dropped. I called in again. This time I spoke to Lizzie, who transferred me to Rebecca, a Supervisor. I made every attempt to explain to Rebecca what I had been told when I was asked to reorder both the green and the black slack using PayPal. Rebecca was not only insensitive, I found her to be simply unwilling to find a reasonable so solution to this problem I had. When I asked hot for the previous male Supervisor, she was not willing to give me his name. She then indicated that he had tried calling me, yet when I asked Rebecca what number he had called me back on, she became agitated and confrontational refusing to give m a phone number. I told her I had not received and phone call or message on my phone. I then told her I had not created this problem and that all I had tried to do was order 3 pairs of cords without any hassle. She then told me that there was nothing she could do. I then told her that I was recording this conversation, and she quickly told me that I did not have her permission to record it. I then told her that with her being in the state of Texas, that Texas did not require permission by everyone involved in a conversation to record a phone call. She became further incensed. The sad thing is that he never considered what and why I would have made the threat of recording the conversation. Her demeanor was very telling on why anyone would have felt that she was less than interested in finding a solution to this sort of problem. I did place the order once again, for the 2 cord pants using PayPal, (order 400128****), but if you look at the number of orders that were canceled within minutes of each other you will better understand why any customer would have been upset, even after reaching out to your CS Department. I did not create this problem, yet time and again you CS Department and the Supervisors dropped the ball. It clearly seems that every one of them has a different take on how to address a CS issue, but in the end, it has to do with finding a reasonable solution and take care of the customer!! They all dropped the ball! I do feel I should get compensated for all of this hassle. I also want to return that 8xl Burgundy shirt ASAP!! Cordially, Joaquin Castro.

A FRIEND ORDERED A GIFT CARD FOR ME AT CHRISTMAS 2019 AND AFTER MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS THEY STILL REFUSE TO EMAIL IT OR LET ME BUY ANYTHING. I HAVE THE FROM AND TO EMAIL ADDRESSES AND THE ORDER NUMBER. They sent me 2 of the exact same catalogues 1 with free shipping and 1 with paid so the free shipping shirt I’m using for this example cost 16.99 but in the paid shipping catalogue it’s 13.99 so you’re really making up the 3 dollars by just charging people extra in magazines with free shipping it’s reasons like this you are not a popular clothes brand and any company who pulls this scam is not valid and should be exposed more widely
